This mod works similar to the money tree. Except you can sell the flowers to the corner market every two days. Each square of flowers yields 25 simoleans. If you want you can sell the bulbs of the flowers for $200, after 5 days of nurturing, but you can do this only once. Just another way to work from home.

Ok. I don't mind if Sims want to throw water balloons at each other, although they ought to go outside to do it, but at least they won't have to mop up the puddles anymore. This is a small mod that stops the creation of those wet spots. Place the package in your downloads.
